The Title IX Office responds to all reports of sexual assault, sexual harassment, gender-based discrimination and harassment, sexual exploitation, dating and domestic violence, stalking, retaliation and complicity (the act of encouraging someone else to commit a Title IX violation). The Title IX Office also educates the University community on the rights, responsibilities and resources provided by the University's Title IX Policy and by the law. The Title IX Office offers a range of responses to a report, including:

• Interim Remedial or Protective Measures/Accommodations such as
  • ensuring access to counseling and medical services
  • no contact orders
  • assistance with a change in class schedule, campus work schedule, or job assignment
  • assistance with rescheduling exams and receiving assignment extensions
  • assistance with a change in University housing assignment
• Investigation 
• Alternative Resolution 
• Referrals to other Campus Resources
