Childhelp-Gila provides forensic interviews for children ages 3-17, as well as family advocacy for abused children and their families. The Childhelp-Gila staff also works closely with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) of professionals including, law enforcement, prosecution, CPS, mental health, and CASA to ensure proactive joint investigations efforts, as required by AZ state statute.

The Childhelp Mobile Advocacy Center of Northern Arizona combines specialized services and state-of-the-art telemedicine technology to provide crisis intervention, forensic interviews and referrals for the area’s abused and neglected children and their families. The 38-foot specially outfitted motor home makes it possible for members of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to take “help” on the road attending to maltreatment victims. It is a truly unique facility with the ability to see a diverse population of children in remote areas at the earliest opportunity following disclosures of abuse.

Northland Family Help Center’s mission is to provide safe haven, advocacy, counseling, and education to promote and restore healthy relationships. Services include a women’s domestic violence shelter, a youth shelter, a runaway and homeless youth outreach program, counseling and legal advocacy services for women and men, and community education and outreach for sexual violence prevention.
Two noteworthy components of community education include the express incorporation of men into our sexual violence prevention efforts and a bystander intervention program for alcohol-serving establishments (Arizona Safer Bars Assoc.).

The Safe Child Center is a child advocacy center, and is dedicated to reducing the stress that children experience as victims of crime; and to supporting the efforts of law enforcement and child protection agencies to ensure that child victims are treated with respect and dignity throughout the investigation process. The Yavapai Family Advocacy Center serves all of Yavapai County and provides advocacy and counseling for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse/child sexual assault/molestation.
